Gateway Grand 909, located on 48th Street, allows you to experience Ocean City in spectacular fashion. A stunning, oceanfront three bedroom unit with sweeping views of the ocean, you'll feel the luxury when you enter the lobby, and then once again when you enter this beautiful beach haven you get to call home for a week. With decorator furnishings throughout, three full baths, a gourmet kitchen, oceanfront balcony, dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer and more, the stage will be set for a memorable vacation. This owner also provides beach equipment that is kept in a storage locker on the mezzanine level. The Gateway building features tremendous amenities including both indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, kid's play room, multiple elevator and a parking garage. Ideally located, it's right on the beach, walking distance to the Convention Center, Seacret's, Dry 85, and more, and a quick drive to the famous OC Boardwalk and Inlet. Accommodating up to six guests, the bed sizes include a king, a queen, and two single beds. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; this unit rents Saturday to Saturday year round. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $151 registration fee due with with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
