Apartment 5 km from Popoli with terrace and stairs

Our apartment is located in the historic center of Vittorito, a beautiful village in the heart of Abruzzo. It is completely renovated and has ANTI-SEISMIC CERTIFICATION, which is important if you want to spend a few days of vacation in the heart of Abruzzo in total safety. It consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen and a wonderful terrace. It is located on the second floor of a historic building and therefore the stairs are not very comfortable. It is not ideal for those who have walking problems. The space In Vittorito there is a riding school and a historic winery. There are also two excellent wineries that produce natural wine. It is a town not far from the sources of the Pescara River and the San Venanzio Gorges Nature Reserve (where you can admire the hermitage of the same name). Guest access Guests will be able to access the apartment and other common areas that may be available as needed. Other things to note In our town, for several years now (due to the 2009 earthquake), a widespread renovation of the historic buildings has been underway and therefore in the town, as in all the towns in the surrounding area, you will find open construction sites and cranes that will not be active on the weekend, precisely to guarantee you and all of us villagers tranquility and silence. During the week, however, they will be at work and therefore there will be movement from 7:30 in the morning. In some rooms you will hear the work in progress.
