Located high on the hillside, in Kalkan’s Kordere district, this is a 2 bedroom villa which commands spectacular sea views over Kalkan and beyond. Sleeping a maximum of four guests and designed to ensure maximum privacy around the pool, guests are able to enjoy the sunshine and relax whilst taking in the spectacular sea views in an atmosphere far from prying eyes. This villa is an ideal choice for small families or groups who are looking to 'get away from it all' in luxurious surroundings. The space Villa Demir is approached by a flight of steps which leads down to its entrance from the parking area above. All the accommodation is on the one level and consists of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area centrally located between its two bedrooms. The lounge is simply but tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and a large flat screen tv, and has a dining table for six between it and the villa’s modern kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances needed to self-cater, including a built-in oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave oven and toaster. The villa's two bedrooms are located on either side of the living space, one being a double and the other a twin. With virtually wall to wall full length glazing all areas in the villa have direct access to the pool terrace and command the same panoramic views. Outdoors Whilst being in a group of similar villas located high in the foothills of the Taurus mountains above Kalkan the villa has a totally private pool and pool terrace making it an ideal choice for those guests desiring a very high level of privacy be it for religious or other reasons. Guests can enjoy the superlative panoramic views from around the villa’s infinity pool which is some 8 x 3.5 metres in dimensions, has a depth of 1.5 metres, and there are steps which facilitate entrance to the pool (no handrail). The pool terrace is equipped with four sun loungers, two side tables, one umbrella and a dining table which seats four under a shady pergola. A portable charcoal burning BBQ is available for guests use. The villa has open air parking, and alarm and camera system (this does not infringe on guests' privacy), Wi-Fi internet and satellite tv (Turkish Channels). The villa is approximately 5 km from the centre of Kalkan. (10-12 minutes by car) It is located on a hillside overlooking the most spectacular scenery and can be reached by a winding ramped concrete road. The use of a vehicle is absolutely necessary. The closest grocers shop where guests may purchase their daily essentials is approximately 1,5-2 km away.
