House in villa with garden, patio and private park

House of 57 sqm, part of a villa in the Polesine countryside, completely surrounded by greenery and located in a very quiet area, has a garden of over 3500 sqm and is suitable for couples, single people, for business travelers and for families with children. It has a 17-sqm bedroom with a separable double bed and two additional beds. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is complete with everything you need. Furry friends are more than welcome. The space Outside you have a table and armchairs to stay or dine under the porch; we have found with pleasure that guests really appreciate this possibility. There is also free WiFi on fiber optic connection, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, iron with ironing board and drying rack, gas barbecue and (on request) two or more bicycles just for you and at no additional cost :) Last treat: you will dine with a porcelain dish service and a gold thread on the edge that is more than a hundred years old. In one part of the garden, we have our dogs: a golden retriever and a mixed-breed labrador. They are very good and sociable with everyone, but if you do not like the presence of dogs, we can put them in a separate area of the garden and you will never meet them. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and on the opposite side there is a porch. The view from the porch is directly on the Po River, which is very close, and is practically uninterrupted by any construction, only nature! You can park your cars right in front of the front door. Other things to note We live next door, so for any need or if you notice that something is missing, just knock on our door. There is a video surveillance system in the garden, which films the entrance from the gate and, to offer greater protection to guests, a camera is pointed directly at the reserved area for car parking. It's just an extra precaution, because the area is very quiet. At the end of each stay, the property is thoroughly sanitized using specific products and an ozone treatment.
