The space We designed and built our home on our multi-generation family property amongst a very old pecan grove. Our living space occupies the upstairs while the studio and shop take up the first floor of our industrial treehouse concept home. We like privacy and we had that in mind when designing our industrial studio. It is nestled on the backside of our black box fortress of a shop home. The studio is facing right into the jungly woods that shade us all summer. Unwind on the private deck and read or get some super focused work done inside under natural light with the jungle as your viewpoint. There is a spacious desk/table at the front window, a big couch to sink into. And our favorite king bed(we have the same one ourselves). We provide plenty of room for you to shop for groceries and cook it up. Enjoy a hot french press on the deck. Guest access You can wander around the yard just please stay on our side of the 2 gravel driveways. You have a 2 car personal parking spot with a walkway leading around to your private deck and entry into the studio. Other things to note Please contact us for medium to long term stay pricing! Anything in the fridge is free game! Enjoy delicious well water straight from the tap. CHECKOUT: If you are more than 15 minutes late we will charge you another $30 every 30 minutes you stay late. Our cleaning crew is on a tight schedule, we ask you please respect the checkout time. We have a puppy named Zio, you may think is that a coyote? She is a beautiful shepherd/pyrenees mix that loves to meet new people. She will patrol the property but if you don't want her near you just say NO! Go Home! She is polite and doesn't like to disturb. You may find her under the deck on occasion trying to find some cool dirt!....
