Converted from a pre-war building which consist of 5 rooms. 38PC Boutique Hotel has the first rooftop pool (with Spa seat) over looking Alor Setar town. 3812 is the smallest room offered in 38PC, it has a king bed and en-suite. Super high ceiling that you could enjoy the cool roof structure. The space - Rooftop Pool (with spa seat) - Reading Area Other things to note It is not recommended for light sleeper as sound can still come through from the roof tiles, but in the other hand, it is an experience of how this pre-war building was back in the old days.
