Detached House near the Sea

Lovely detached cottage with 500m2 garden by the beach and sea! Garden can be closed off. 10 minutes by bike to the beach or 25 min. walk. On-site parking at the cottage. (use of 2 bicycles) Children's cot, high chair, wagon, sandpit, games and some toys available. Hot tub can be rented at most 1 week before the start, in consultation. NOT available between 1 and 31 May 2026 Swimming pool (paid!) “Campanula” within walking distance. 2nd dog possible in consultation The space The house has underfloor heating, 2 nice sofas and a chair, a dining table with 5 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is very retro but works fine. For rainy days, there are games, a smart TV and a DVD recorder. For the little children, there are some toys, puzzles and a sandbox in the garden. There are also games for adults. You have a nice panoramic view with a large lockable garden. The garden is completely fenced. Everything you could possibly need is present. You can rent the hot tub. You can inform us of this at the latest one week before the start of your vacation. The cost for this is 150 euros per stay, which includes 1x full of water with cleaning tablets and 2x wood. You can buy more wood yourself or order it from us. If necessary, I will explain to you on the spot. Please note in May 2025 and from August 28 to September 12, 2025 Not available! Guest access You have the entire home at your disposal! and parking is available on your own property. The hot tub is NOT included. 2nd dog possible for an additional fee. Other things to note The park is protected by a barrier. You will receive the information from the key safe one day before you arrive. Hot tub for a fee. Hot tub not available from May 1 to May 31, 2025 and between August 28 and September 12, 2025 Of course, you will have access to the key during your stay.
