Welcome 😊 The space A major highlight of this apartment is its large, private terrace — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. Sheltered from outside views and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, it features a traditional Dalmatian barbecue grill exclusively for guest use, ideal for preparing delicious fish and meat dishes. The apartment is newly renovated with a completely private entrance located on the eastern side of the house. The terrace in front of it is also private and used solely by guests of this unit. This space is perfect for two couples, a group of friends, or families with children who prefer the comfort of two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a large wardrobe. One bedroom includes a makeup desk and an en-suite bathroom while second bathroom is conveniently located near the living and dining area. Toiletries are provided in both. The cozy living room features a corner sofa, armchair with footstool, and a flat-screen LCD TV with a variety of Total TV channels. It opens into a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and stove. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit for personalized comfort. Nearby, you'll find numerous beautiful stone and rocky beaches — including the popular Hula-Hula beach, President beach, and Falko bar — all just a 5–7 minute walk away. Please note that due to the house's elevated position above sea level, getting to the beaches requires climbing a few flights of stairs. The town center is about a 15–20 minute walk, depending on whether you take the scenic promenade or the main road. Despite being close to the action, the apartment's location ensures a peaceful night's sleep, away from the town's hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and surrounded by olive trees, pines, spruces, and other Mediterranean vegetation. A well-stocked grocery store is just a few minutes away for your daily needs. Two excellent restaurants are also nearby: Agava (on the street below) and Primi Piatti (just a bit further down the main road). Guest access The apartment has a completely private entrance located on the eastern side of the house, accessible via short flight of stairs. Other things to note The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected for your safety. Tap water in Hvar is perfectly safe to drink—an excellent way to avoid single-use plastics! Beach towels are available—just ask us when you arrive.
