A full two story new bungalow in a walled compound with manicured lawns and plants, pond,24x7 security, power back up, safe parking space , jogging / walking tracks. All of these next to a tribal village and open fields. Only one set of guests is accommodated at any given time regardless of the number of guests booked (max 6). Guest group of male members only is not accepted. We are couple friendly. On state highway- transportation facility (bus , toto) is easily available The space This is a property where you can enjoy the nature away from the hustle bustle of city life. The walled compound with manicured garden and lawns houses only vacation homes and is very sparsely populated . Being out of Bolpur city limits the area is absolutely clean with a village ambiance. A tribal village is right next to the compound & Shantiniketan is about 7 km away. Enjoy nature from your bed room or balcony with green fields stretching to the horizon. Public transport on state highway and quality eateries are available immediately outside the complex. Kitchen facility +maid service (8am to 4pm) for preparing meals is available at an extra charge of Rs. 350 per day (for 2 persons) and then Rs 50 per additional person. Consumables (except cooking gas) need to be paid/ arranged by guests and the same are available next to our main gate. Guests are not allowed to operate kitchen independently. Microwave oven , fridge, RO water filter, electric kettle, geyser and TVs (2) are also available. Breakfast (when not availing kitchen facility) (sabji +puri+a sweet+ tea/ coffee) is charged at Rs. 150 per person. Home delivery of food is also available from nearby restaurants and ZOMATO. Bedrooms will be provided on twin sharing basis-both the bedrooms will be made available when the number of adult guests is at least 3. Guest access First floor is having an air conditioned bedroom (king size bed and TV), a bath/toilet, a lobby (two single beds with a work station), a covered balcony and an open terrace with access to the roof. The ground floor is having another air conditioned bedroom (king size bed) with a bath / toilet, kitchen / dining and TV lobby. During your stay there will be no other guests in the Bungalow and the attendant will generally be available from 8am to 4 pm . Our Bungalow is inside a secured complex and you will need to have a gate pass (scanned GOVT IDs , with address mentioned, of all the guests along with a list of names of guests need to be mailed. at least 24hrs before your arrival) . Xerox (hard) copies of all these IDs mandatorily to be handed over to security while entering the complex. Please also note that-- A. two bedrooms are airconditioned while the first floor lobby (with two single beds) have doors/ windows on three sides with a ceiling and a pedestal fan. B. Both the bed rooms are made available when number of guests are at least 3. C. We have generators as power back up. D. Please note that we don't allow guests to independently operate the kitchen for cooking food. E. There is a TV each, in first floor bed room and ground floor lobby which can be watched independently. F. Toiletries, towels and blankets are provided too. Please note that your check in / out time is 11 am. Other things to note First floor lobby (two single beds) is very airy with three sides open. Electric kettle and sachets of tea, coffee and milk are provided . For lunch / dinner you can have tasty food home delivered at a reasonable rate. There are other nearby eateries (100m /300m) available too. Bonolaxmi, famous for its local cuisine, is about 1.5 km away. Accomodation for driver in nearby hotel (walkable distance) available at around rs 300/ day.
