This sunny, spacious, fully equipped monthly rental flat is a fantastic spot for a long-term stay! Being just 50m from San Sebastian Beach while still having a pool and elevator access is a rare combination for that part of Sitges and right next to the centre. The station is only 5 min. walk and all shops, restaurants and bars within 2 min. walking distance. This flat has a very relaxing vibe, internet, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, partly airconditioning, ventilators. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and has an elevator. There are 3 full bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a single bed. It is a very sunny flat with shutters for all windows. Although it is a little dated, the flat offers all you need and is extremely clean. Both bathrooms have toilets. 1 has a bath with shower and the other a shower. In all rooms is electrical heating for the Winter. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, watercooker, toaster and all needed to cook. The building is quiet and has no tourist rental apartments.
