The south-facing, bright, approx. 80 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our well-kept vacation home surrounded by nature in a convenient location to Cologne. It has a separate entrance and a beautiful balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the city of Cologne with the cathedral and the rural, green surroundings. Free Wi-Fi and a car park right by the house are available. The space Details about our non-smoking residence: The self-catering kitchen has a modern kitchenette with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven with 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, Cafissimo coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as a cozy dining area for 6 people overlooking the countryside. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame for pleasant sleeping comfort, a living area with two leather sofas, a sleeping chair and a single water bed. The sleeping area offers a high-quality box spring double bed, an additional French single bed, a wardrobe with full-length mirror and a dresser. In the spacious naturally lit and ventilated bathroom with shower/bathtub and glass partition there is a built-in cabinet. A hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided. The furnished large south-facing balcony with wooden floor invites you to relax with a view of the landmark of Cologne. All windows are provided with shutters. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments out of consideration for allergy sufferers.
