Mother Road Manor at the fairgrounds- Studio

Welcome to the Mother Road Manor single unit. This upstairs unit is directly above the main house and sleeps two. This unit has a queen bed, full bath, sofa type seating area, table and two chairs for meals, mini kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. There is a separate entrance outside and a locked entrance inside. The unit is accessed from the back yard and has a small deck directly outside the door. There is a gate right next to the detached garage to enter. The space The Property is centrally located, it’s great for visitors to the Fair Grounds, Tulsa University, and the downtown area events. Please be aware that for security we have cameras located on the exterior of the home on this property. Guest access There is a long shared driveway to the empty lot to the right of the detached garage. Please also remember that unless you have rented both units, there may be someone else that needs access to the driveway. Please be courteous and always allow for others to have access. Other things to note Dogs under are allowed and we add $50 per dog per stay. We require that they be crated when left alone and require that guest pick up their messes outside as necessary. The neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood, and we ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and keep any noise while enjoying this property. No parties of any kind or size are allowed. If guests have a party, they will be asked to leave with no refund. Please make sure when you submit your inquiry, to put the correct number of quests. The rate published is for one person, making the home affordable for one person to enjoy. We add $25 per night for each additional person. We offer no refunds. If something changes and you need to cancel, it’s best to change your dates so you get full credit at another date. Before you cancel, send us a message so we can help you get a full credit for a different date.
