Whitstable- very close to beach, parking

Beautiful newly decorated home with parking and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Open plan kitchen and living area leading out onto a garden perfect for relaxing after a day exploring whitstable. Separate sitting room with wood burner for colder evenings. Selection of board games and books. Two bedrooms with king size beds third bunk room with two sets of bunk beds for children only. 1 bathroom upstairs and separate shower/loo downstairs. The space A beautifully renovated house in the heart of Whitstable’s conservation area and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a short walk to Whitatables buzzing and quirky high street. A perfect place to retreat after a day exploring Whitstable’s beach, art galleries, shops and restaurants. You will have use of the entire house. You are greeted with a bright and airy open plan kitchen and living area with bifold doors out onto the garden with lovely recently landscaped outside seating area and table. Kitchen is very well equipped with cooker,microwave, Nespresso machine (we will provide some pods), baking equipment, food processor as well as nice quality plates,bowls,serving dishes etc. Basic supplies such as tea,coffee,salt,pepper provided to make things easy for you when arrive. Also on ground floor is small laundry room with washer/dryer/iron. Downstairs shower room and loo. The ground floor also has a separate cosy living room with large smart TV, sofa bed and board games as well as wood burner for colder winter nights. The house is full of books for you to enjoy during your stay. The staircase to upstairs is full of local whitstable art work showcasing artists from the local area. Upstairs are 3 newly decorated bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two have king size beds and one has two sets of bunk beds for children. High quality mattresses, bed linen and towels provided. Guest access Can access all Other things to note The house is situated in a quiet part of Whitstable so please show respect for neighbours. Parties are not permitted. No hen or stag parties. Unfortunately we have had situations where this has not been respected. The neighbours will report this to us and you will be asked to leave immediately Travel The property is approximately a 15 minute walk to the station for services to London and other locations in Kent such as Canterbury, Broadstairs, Margate. House rules House towels must not be taken to the beach. Strictly no more than 6 people to be in the house. No dogs-my children have allergies so the no pet rule is taken very seriously. If this is breached it will be reported to us and you will be asked to leave immediately Please do NOT turn on the outdoor wine fridge or adjust the settings.
