The apartment is fully renovated, you will enjoy the balcony with outdoor furniture and city views. It is located in the quiet and residential neighborhood of La Sagrera, well connected by public transport (8 minutes from downtown). Shops, restaurants and bars nearby. It's an ideal area to discover. The space The fully renovated 65m2 apartment has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed, an equipped independent kitchen, a living room, a full bathroom, a toilet and a shower. Air conditioning located in the living room. Guest access You can use the entire apartment. The apartment has a crib and high chair upon request (not guaranteed) and at no additional cost. We offer a courtesy kit containing 1 bar of soap, and 1 shampoo and 1 gel of 20 ml each. We leave 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, towels (one large and one small) for each guest, sheets, and basic cooking utensils. We DO NOT provide salt, sugar, oil, etc. If you need anything during your stay (more towels, extra fans, blankets, etc.) don't hesitate to reach out. Other things to note ROOM: - 2 nights minimum TIMES - Check in from 3:00pm with electronic key (auto check in).
