Specifically designed for business travellers and international family in mind, our 82sqm condo is located in the quiet and lovely area of BGC and is highly suited for long stays. We offer comfort, convenience, privacy and security. We’re nestled in Burgos Circle which boasts some of the finest & trendiest bars and cafes, close to the supermarket, and just a short walk to office buildings, Shangri-la Hotel, St. Luke’s and Bonifacio High Street where cinemas & shopping areas are located. The space Our condo is on the 21st floor and has a total space of 82sqm (882 sq ft) with a balcony and has a great view of Burgos Park and partial views of the golf course and Makati skyline. All windows are floor-to-ceiling height which brings a lot of natural light. Guests will enjoy an airy open living/dining area with breakfast bar and are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen. Our Smart TV comes complete with home theatre system. We have 2 spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, 2 beds in the master's (queen-size and a double-size pull-out bed), a double-size bed & a single foldable floor mattress in the 2nd room. There’s 3 split-type (quiet) ACUs in the unit, an intercom to concierge and hot/cold water in both bathrooms with power and rain showers. For your wifi needs we have up to 400 Mbps fibr internet and for strong access, we have a wired Internet connection in our workdesk in the Master's Bedroom. We also have a 21-inch monitor and printer that you may use for your business needs. Our washer/dryer is nicely tucked-in the maid's room which has its own bed and bathroom. This room has been highly appreciated by our Guests who travelled with their maid, a nanny or a nurse. There's only 6 units in our floor so you can be assured of peace, privacy and exclusivity. Our building provides a 24-hr concierge and security and Guests will have access to the gym and swimming pool. On the ground floor of our building we have Starbucks, banks, ATM machines, hair salon, & convenience shop. On the 2nd floor we have an International preschool, chiropractic clinic, hair salon and a nail salon. *PLEASE check our House Rules before booking* COMPLIMENTARIES: • Broadband Internet & Wi-Fi access (up to 400 Mbps) • Cable TV, Netflix & Disney+ • Mineral water, tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, soda • Breakfast cereals , cup noodles and snacks • Toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toothbrush & toothpaste • Detergent soap for your laundry plus other cleaning supplies I am not charging extra for water & electric but please make sure the faucets are tightly closed and turn off the ACU before leaving the condo to conserve energy. *Let's be kind to our planet. •Extra bed linens and towels available but please only use what's needed. Guest access Guests will have an exclusive and full access to the entire condo and will not be disturbed. Using the RFID Card provided, guests will have access to the elevator, swimming pools, sauna, and steam room. To access the gym, you must go to our lobby first as our Building Admin charges a minimal fee of P300 (approx US$5) for every use of the Gym. Other things to note Guest are not allowed to bring in another guest in the condo. Please read the House Rules before booking as non-compliance will result to cancellation of your stay.
