Studio cocoon

The studio is attached to our house and has its own independent entrance. It is located on the outskirts of Quimper, a 5-minute drive to the train station, at the exit of the expressway and 15 minutes to the beaches. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and a 5-minute walk from shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tobacco shop...). The studio has just been fully renovated with modern decor. It is furnished and equipped. You will enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the Jet Valley. The space The studio is conveniently located for visiting Quimper and its surroundings. It is new, is totally independent and has modern decor. The bedding has just been renewed for better comfort. An outdoor dining area is at your disposal. Guest access You will have access to the studio and a small garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Other things to note Guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation for free or in the garage. Due to the coronavirus, I'm taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each reservation and cleaning all linens at 60°C. In addition, I have implemented a 72-hour delay between 2 reservations. NEW: bedding has been renewed, a Tassimo coffee machine and an outdoor dining area are at your disposal.
