We live here with our 18 year old surfer son The space Newly renovated, very quiet, private, west facing apartment. Cool for sleeping late with warm sunny afternoons. Walking distance from the beach. Garden setting with big trees. Your own braai is protected from the wind. We have a pool which guests enjoy as we are usually out at work in summer. You’ll feel private and safe here. A families home where new friends are made…. Guest access Private entrance into the studio is completely separate from the main house and has a private outside patio. We share an entrance gate off street. You are welcome to use the pool and enjoy our garden. Parking on the street is super safe - our neighbourhood employs a night time patroller. We only have the 1 apartment on our property so you will feel like you can be private if that’s what you prefer. No other guests. Our 18 year old son, our domestic or Graham and Liz can assist you with any local knowledge. Other things to note This 1 apartment is part of a family home. Please inform us if you are receiving any visitors whilst staying with us. Our big children, a super friendly black Labrador and Max the cat share family vibes and we like to know who is coming and going on our property. Peace and quiet. Sheltered from the wind unless it’s really howling like Blouberg does do… even then, wind in our garden is fairly well sheltered.
