Guest suite in Landquart

The vacation rental is on the lower floor of a single-family house. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the surrounding villages with its mountains and the municipality of Landquart. From here you can explore wonderful areas throughout the year. Apartment has 3 rooms and was gently renovated in 2017. The furnishings are new and very well maintained with a new kitchen and a new bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. The space The apartment has its own entrance and can be easily reached via a few steps. One bedroom has one double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) and the small room has a single bed (0.9m x 2.0m), optionally a second bed can be put in this room here. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. You will also find a toaster, blender, kettle, all dishes and cooking utensils, etc. In addition, there is also a Nespresso coffee machine. Other things to note In front of our house is a normal big parking space. On the last 200m to our house, the maximum width for vehicles is limited to 2.3m.
