Beautiful 60 m2 private room-studio on the ground floor of our house. Ideal for hikers, cyclists and tourists roaming 1 or 2 nights. No window in the studio and bedroom but artificial daylight lighting and a shared outdoor terrace on the 1st floor. Comfortable double bed + private areas: bathroom, living room, kitchenette (kitchenette). Possibility to wash and dry your clothes. Sofa bed for extra sleeping. Large hall for bike storage etc. The space Comfortable and cool room/studio in summer with free Wi-Fi and easy access to nature activities. Via Rhona accessible 500 meters away, Bessat Nordic area 39 km away. Hiking trails allow you to discover the region on foot and by bike. They offer remarkable views of the valley and sometimes even the Alps. At the crossroads of several departments, the municipality of Condrieu is a meeting place crossed by the Rhône. 15 min from Vienne-Saint Romain en Gal, 40 min from Lyon (30 min by train). Quick access to the villages and hikes of the regional park, access to the leisure and wakeboard center and the municipal swimming pool (10 min) as well as the pretty port of Les Roches de Condrieu. You will have access to our outdoor terrace to relax in the sun or have your meals in the shade under the pergola. We offer the possibility to use a small independent kitchen (microwave, stove and refrigerator) in your studio on the ground floor for additional cooking or reheating dishes. We don't have any pets. We are present in the evening and during the day on weekends and occupy the 1st and 2nd floors of the house. Guest access parking possible and free nearby (streets, Place du Marché aux Fruits...). During your stay Check-in: 2pm to 10pm (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday); 6:30pm to 10pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday., Checkout: 1 p.m. (extended hours if needed) No smoking (except on 1st floor terrace) No pets - No parties or events • Possibility of cooking in the studio, kitchenette (no elaborate dishes or fried or similar food) • Possibility to have your meals on the shared outdoor terrace in summer on the 1st floor. Not accessible after 10pm. • Owners on site in the evening during bookings and always happy to point out some hikes or visits.
