The space About the property This house was built in 1929 is the ancestral house of the Pintos, and is your perfect holiday haunt, right on the Candolim beach in North Goa. It is perfect for a weekend getaway or rather a weeklong getaway! The Villa comprises 3 double bed rooms (All air conditioned) , with 2 additional divans in the verandah. House accommodates 6 persons. Attractions and distance Incidentally Chalet Balnear was the location for the shooting of the movie "My Brother Nikhil" This is located on the Candolim Sinquerim beach stretch and overlooks the picturesque Arabian sea. As you enter the picture postcard setting you know that you have found a true heaven, a place that takes your breath away. Location – neighborhood description Dando-Candolim-Sinquerim beach stretch near Marquis beach resort Fort Aguada and its iconic lighthouse which is the second oldest in Asia. Watersports available on the beach during non monsoon season and depending upon condition of beach/sea. Nearby beaches of Calangute and Baga extremely famous for watersports and beach shacks serving mouth watering food. Guests can hire two wheelers for travelling which are available nearby. Taxis are also available nearby. Days like 24th, 25th, 30th and 31st December (not restricted to just these) are days on which amplified music is likely to be played from neighbouring hotels and venues, as this is a popular beach and party stretch, and the management of Chalet Balnear will not be held responsible for the same. Once booked, the management understands that you have taken this into consideration. Guest access All areas of the beach house apart from the Utility room located at the far end of the house. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY S A STRICTLY DRUG FREE ZONE. OFFENDERS ARE PUNISHABLE BY LAW. Guests may encounter some electricity voltage fluctuations/shutdowns from time to time. Please note that this is completely out of our hands and any inconvenience caused is regretted. We have provided an inverter for certain appliances such as Lights and fans.
