A lovely summer cottage for bbqs in a summer evening after a day at the beach. And great in the winter with a cozy lounge to snuggle down next to the wood burner. The space The cottage has many original features throughout, including wood flooring, Victorian tiled floors, sash windows, and feature fireplaces. For families we have a highchair, travel cot and fire guard if needed. Bedding and towels are provided, although you will need to bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Downstairs there is a good sized kitchen diner, seating 6 comfortably plus highchairs. There are Victorian tiles, feature fireplace and large south facing sash windows. The well equipped kitchen features a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Also downstairs is a lovely lounge with woodburning stove, smart tv, and south facing sash window. Theres a downstairs toilet and utility room, with washer dryer. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 double master room with Victorian fireplace and wooden floor, tv and space for travel cot. A king size bedroom with a zip lock bed so this can be made into 2 single beds, tv, wood floor and space for a travel cot. There are also 2 single bedrooms, and an upstairs bathroom with electric shower over bath. Outside there are 2 off road parking spaces, 1 front south facing garden and a enclosed rear lawned garden. Where there is a very useful shed, storing the bbq, and hangers for wetsuits after a busy day on the beach. This shed can also be used for any other outdoor gear you may have such as bikes, boards, etc. Guest access Guests have full use of the property, including 2 off road parking spaces next to the house, and enclosed front garden as well as a lawned rear garden.
