The studio in at the second floor with no elevator of an historic building, is equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, a large bathroom, wifi, and quality in mind, in order to allow you to relax and enjoy our beautiful city. Please consider the parking is reserved for the condo but not exclusive of the house, so we cannot guarantee that it will always be available and is not suitable for large cars because of a narrow tunnel as the entrance Guest access You will access the entire unit that is at the second floor with no elevator. -THE SMALL CONDO PARKING HAS 6 SPOTS NOT RESERVED SO WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL BE ALWAYS AVAILABLE -PLEASE CONSIDER THAT THE ACCESS TO THE PARKING IS A BIT NARROW, SO NOT SUITABLE FOR MEDIUM - LARGE CARS OR SUVS, IT CAN BE ANYWAY A BIT TRICKY THE FIRST TIME Other things to note - Being on the seafront it is possible that there is a bit of lively shouting in some evenings and passing cars, so it is not suitable for those looking for an extremely quiet accommodation. Thanks to ideal position you are just in the center of everything: The beautiful and lively promenade is just outside the door with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea, with plenty of restaurants, bars, the pitoresque bath stations and the Aquarium. The restaurant and bars are everywhere around the house, but we recommend the nice piazza Mazzini which is just 5 muntes walk, with plenty of nice restaurants and street stalls. The city center, with it marvelous covered Market and the shopping street is 15 minutes walk. The harbor with the ferries for Sardinia and Corsica are just 7 minutes by car.
