B&B suitable for all people, including families with children over 2 years old. The space The house is quiet. The triple room overlooking Lake Garda and the historic inner courtyard, with private bathroom downstairs, the living room are for the use of guests, the kitchen leads to the terrace overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains. The garden area, equipped with sun loungers, is for common use and is for guests. On winter days, breakfast is served in the kitchen overlooking the terrace. A special area is available in the garden, covered and sheltered from the wind or, on beautiful days, in the north corner of the garden equipped with armchairs. The entrance to the B&B is on the mezzanine floor. A communication staircase allows the owner to prepare breakfast and to follow guests only if requested by them in compliance with anti-COVID 19 regulations and for their privacy. Guest access The entire attic floor and kitchen are for guests' use, so the bedroom, private bathroom, living room, terrace and large garden area will be used by guests. Breakfast will be served on the terrace in the summer and in the kitchen area in the winter. During your stay The entire building is spread over three floors, the mezzanine/first floor is available for guests and the two upper floors are reserved for the B&B owner and guests of the room for three people. The one shown in the photos is in the attic. Living and working in the building on the second and third floors, guests can refer to the B&B owner at any time for any need or problem. There are two independent entrances, one for the main B&B and one for the upper floors for the owner's use and for guests in the triple room. On the B&B floor, there is an internal staircase to the upper floors that the owner uses for the use of the kitchen and for preparing breakfast for guests. Other things to note Behind Contrada Laguna is Monte Baldo, easy to reach, famous for its fauna and variety of plants and flowers. The district and the "B&B da Paolo" overlook Lake Garda from above. The location is particularly beautiful and the lake is easily accessible from Contrada Laguna, in fifteen minutes by car. The district at night is illuminated by various street lamps that make it very evocative. "The bike path on Lake Garda, the most beautiful in Europe" has been completed in Limone del Garda and in Cassone near the beautiful medieval village there is the "Aril" River, the shortest in the world that many people do not know. There are other convenient attractions to the B&B such as "Gardaland", water parks and spas. Do not forget the suggestive "Sanctuary of the Madonna della Corona" perched on a rocky wall in Spiazzi di Monte Baldo (40 minutes by car from the B&B) which is famous for the miracles that take place there.
