Spacious detached house on Hisøy near Arendal

Centrally located detached house on Hisøy, about 4 km from the city center of Arendal. Local store 50 meters from the house (also open on Sundays). Bus stop (103 akt.no) right next to the house, ferry directly to the city center within walking distance and island hopping from the city center. Saltwater and freshwater beach not far away. Public boat launch not far away. Good parking facilities. No smoking inside. Allows one dog, Not suitable for allergy sufferers. I have a dog and hair can occur. The space Kristiansand Zoo/Summerland is about 45 minutes away. Many festivals etc. in Arendal this summer. On Hisøy is the city's largest public beach (stølsviga) and Nidelv jetty which has a popular eatery/bathing place on the jetty. Guest access Detached house with 2 terraces. Washing machine and exit to drying. 2 storage rooms are closed for storage of the owner's belongings Other things to note Beds for up to 10 people. That is, not everyone should be an adult. House is located in residential areas and is best suited for quiet people. Gas grill outside is available.
