The space Our spacious 840 sq ft large apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities amidst serene lush greens, paddy fields, 180-degree view of coconut trees, beautiful garden, stunning swimming pool. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment, swimming pool, elevator, lobby seating, parking and the beautifully landscaped gardens in the complex. (Guests need to follow the rules of the residential complex). Other things to note While coming to our apartment, you have to come to gate no 1 of Riviera Sapphire. For security reasons, there is a mandatory requirement of a copy of the Aadhar or Passport of all Indian guests (As per Govt. of India). The IDs must be sent before check in. The person making booking must be a member of the party. All Foreign National guests will have to submit a copy of their passport, visa & travel tickets, you will have to fill out form C-10 that will be provided to you upon your arrival for submittal to the local authorities. Also please carry a hard copy of a passport picture to submit along with the form C-10. Upon arrival at the property, All guests are requested to make an entry of names / address of all guests, Check-in & Check-out dates, contact numbers & submit photo-copies of the ID proofs etc. at the security cabin located at the entrance of the complex (Gate no.1). This is a mandatory step for safety & security of all guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. Only registered guests may stay overnight. The pool & gymnasium cannot to be used by the friends of guests/ visitors. It is observed that some guests reach hours before their check-in time and & request for early check-ins on the spot, wheras current guests are still in the room, this becomes an uncomfortable situation for the hosts as well as the current & upcoming guests. You are requested to reach the premises only 15 minutes prior to Check-in time. Goa faces poor phone network & power failure is not something rare. Due to local regulations, we have solar geyser for supply of hot water - during heavy rains or peak period when the place is full, there may be constraint on supply of hot water in late evenings.
