The Studio at 42 is a stunning brand new architecturally designed 1-bedroom studio unit located in Butel Park in Arrowtown, over the road from Millbrook and less than a 10 minute stroll to Arrowtown. Everything you need for a great stay - warm, cosy, luxury linen, fluffy towels & bathrobes, Aesop soap, Netflix & Apple TV. You'll also have access to a lap pool, gym & tennis court available exclusively for Butel Park guests. Your perfect base for exploring all this stunning region has to offer. The space * King bed * Toaster & jug * Nespresso coffee machine * Space to set up your laptop * Full laundry - washing machine & dryer * Parking is offsite with a short walk through the reserve to get to the unit * Close to airport, ski fields, golf courses, wineries NB: The studio is best set up for those without lots of luggage, for lighter traveling trips. Guest access Shared access to pool, gym & tennis court. Other things to note We have a small cute dog living with us onsite - his name is Alfie, he's a Cavoodle, he's likely to come and say hello. Kitchenette - please note the kitchenette has a jug, toaster & nespresso machine with coffee pods provided. Fresh milk & cereal will also be provided for your first morning. There is a small bar fridge if you would like to bring some perishable food & drink items with you.
