Thoughtfully restored Victorian house, five double bed sitting rooms, one with a single guest bed ; well equipped kitchen; bathroom; shower room; two loos; central heating; secure parking; caretakered. Easy access to city and motorways. 5 mins. drive from city centre. Home from home. I live next door so am on hand to help with any problems. I must stress that no more than six persons are allowed to stay in the house. A Legal requirement from Leeds City Council. The space The rooms are spacious. Big communal kitchen, but each bed sitting room is a welcoming place to relax and be private. There are two flights of stairs and the house is not wheelchair friendly There are steps up to the front door, and the back door has steps down into the car park/garden. Guest access The house is completely self contained. It is a home from home. Everything provided. Other things to note Easy access to the city and near a motorway which helps them reach all other towns of interest with ease, not to mention the wonderful Yorkshire countryside.
