House in the shade of pine trees

Our house is 500 m from the beach, the wild coast and the surf spot of La Sauzaie. The neighborhood is quiet. It has a living room with a wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a garden with large pine trees. The space The house is simple and comfortable. It is perfect for sharing vacations with family or friends. The living room has two French windows that provide access to the terrace and garden. There are three bedrooms: two with a 140 cm bed and one with two 80 cm beds. The kitchen is equipped. There are the essentials for cooking. A washing machine is at your disposal. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilets are completely independent. In summer, the garden is very pleasant because it is a little shady. You can have lunch there sheltered from the wind. In winter, the house becomes a cozy nest thanks to the warmth of the wood-burning stove. We are happy to share our home with you. Our family has a lot of good memories of this place. The ocean and dunes are just a stone's throw away. Guest access Vacationers have access to the entire property EXCEPT the garage. But cars can be parked on part of the grounds. Regarding check-in time, we can arrange with guests if our proposed times here (2 p.m. / 4 p.m.) do not suit them. However, we do not live there, so if they want to arrive sooner or later, we need to know early enough to be able to organize ourselves. Other things to note IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS TO READ!! - There's no WIFI. - We do not provide SHEETS and TOWELS. - We leave at your disposal: * Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, blankets, pillows and duvets. * A HIGH CHAIR and a BABY BATHTUB. (Warning: there is no travel cot!) * Board games. * Garden furniture. * A barbecue (charcoal) Thank you for taking care of all this!! :-) The house is 10 km from Saint Gilles-Croix de Vie, 20 km from Les Sables d'Olonne. By taking a boat to Saint Gilles, you can also access the Ile d'Yeu and discover this magnificent site.
