The space Our unit is located on the 10th floor of Magna building, Stellar Place. It is a resort type condominium w/ 24 hours security. Perfect for a small family. Guest access **1 free car parking slot at the basement level 3 (P3) of Magna Bldg. **Sky deck at the rooftop for relaxation. **Lounge/ lobby **kiddie/adult pool have a charge of Php200 per person per day of use. Guests will only be allowed to use the kiddie /adult pool every MONDAY, TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY only (except for holidays). Thursday is closed for maintenance, while Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays are for the exclusive use of unit owners only. Payment for the use of pool should be paid directly to the Property Management Office (PMO) of Stellar Place. Pool shall be available for use strictly from 7:00am - 9:00 pm only. * * GYM - Registered guests are allowed to use the gym from Monday to Friday only (excluding holidays) for Php 100 per day of use to be paid directly to the Property Management Office (PMO) ). The gym is open from 7am to 8pm. Note: Will update once in a while depending on the memo issued by the Property Management Office. Other things to note HOUSE RULES/REGULATIONS -NO events and parties -Pets are not allowed. -NO moving or relocating of furniture and fixtures. -NO heavy cooking. Please turn on the kitchen range hood when cooking. -Please avoid cooking foul smelling food (dried fish, shrimp paste etc...) -Please do not forget to turn off the gas tank valve after use or when leaving the unit for prolonged periods for the guests'safety. -Turn off A/C, electric fan, gas and lights when going out .- Guests are not allowed to make excessive noise that may disturb surrounding units. - Please dispose all your trash at the Basement parking level 1 (P1) of Magna Bldg. -Smoking inside the unit, even inside the toilet/bath is STRONGLY PROHIBITED. Smoking is allowed at the balcony only (please be sure that balcony sliding doors are closed when smoking because when the sliding doors are open, the odor from cigarette would stick to the walls of the unit. It would take days to get rid of the smell, so violating this rule will incur a penalty of $50. This also applies to the toilet/bath area. - Liquor consumption and smoking is prohibited in common areas like roof deck, hallways, pool, lobby, etc. - PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS. . * Please take care of our place like it was your own place. A lot of things in our unit are nice to look and nice to hold, but once you break and lose it, we consider it SOLD. * Any damages to the unit will be charged/fined accordingly. *The unit is good for 5 guests, child included (No extra guest without prior consent, we are firm on 5 pax as the maximum occupancy of the unit), however for those who intend to have more guests over, we allow 2 additional guests, and would be charged with a minimal fee of PHP 450 per guest, per night. Please do note that extra guest would not be provided with extra BEDDINGS, but extra pillow, blanket and towel will be provided. * Unregistered guests are not allowed to sleep over. *As per Property Management Office's (PMO) Policy of the condominium. Hosts are required to submit the name/s of their incoming guests with their IDs or copy of their passports to secure gate pass/entry on the building (Stellar Place's security protocol) . Please send your name/s along with their valid IDs through AirBnB app upon booking for smooth check-in. Please do note that the PMO has a policy of "No gatepass, No Entry" for the incoming guests. * We provide clean beddings, towels, shampoo and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay. We also clean the unit too, before you check-in. But we do not provide unit cleaning (no housekeeping) or change your beddings during your stay. The responsibility to keep the unit and to wash your beddings, towels etc.. during your stay is yours. * Airbnb is operated differently from a hotel settings. A HOST is not like a reception desk of a hotel that is staffed and ready for your arrival around the clock, 24 hours a day. As a HOST, It is mandatory question what estimated time a guest arrives, because I have my own schedule, and I have to coordinate with the guest beforehand. LOST AND FOUND POLICY: * If you leave something behind, we will contact you within 24 hours. * Items will be stored for 30 days. * Unclaimed items past the 30 days deadline will be donated or discarded. * Personal hygienes (such as toiletries, toothbrush, etc.) and food left in the unit will be disposed of immediately. * Please double-check your belongings before departure. * PLEASE READ THROUGH THE LISTING AND HOUSE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE BOOKING.
