Our Guest Studio is a separate wing of our home, with private entrance, courtyard, and is flooded with natural light - the perfect spot to base yourself for a Surf Coast getaway! We are a busy little family! You'll find us up before the sun most days, grabbing a coffee and taking a walk on the beach. You may hear our 7 year old daughter laughing and playing inside and outside with her friends during your stay, if it’s ever too loud just let us know :) The bird life is abundant here, and they're up chatting pretty early too, you'll see/hear Blue Wren's, White and Black cockatoos, Butcherbirds & the New Holland Honeyeater is a daily visitor. There's a Currawong family that have lived here for over 40 years, and have a bird bath in your courtyard. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK our place if you are wanting/needing to be in the middle of town within walking distance to the beach, cafe's restaurants etc... WE ARE A 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO TOWN Guest access A key for you to check yourself in will be left and available any time after 3pm. Other things to note * Our property has external CCTV Security, with an Alarm System that is back to base monitored * Our property location is 5 min drive to the Torquay town centre, we are in a semi rural setting on acreage. * ONLY booked guests are permitted on the property AT ANY TIME a $100 fine per person per day will be charged for all extra guests found onsite.
