It has a large infield with a wood bbq and outdoor dining area, bocce field, playground for kids, trampoline, pool (8m x 4m x 1,5m) and sundeck, garden and is surrounded by tree groves. Peace and privacy are guaranteed since there are no direct neighbours, and the infield surrounds the house in few km width. The holiday home is ideal for families and those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of touristic vacation spots on the Riviera which can be easily reached by car- just 30 min drive and Nature Park Biokovo is just 20 min away. The holiday home is also pet friendly and will welcome your furry family members. The house spreads over the ground floor and has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living room with pull-out sofa and dining area. It's decorated with great attention to details, very charming and bright. The owners have their own wine and vineyard which you'll be able to taste and enjoy. Also they'll show you how to make a traditional bread under the bell following grandma Danica's recipe and play the traditional dalmatian game- bocce. Garage parking for 2 cars.
