Ideally located to savor Gascogne blending with nature, an exceptional wooded park and the Gers valleys as far as the eye can see, mixing an old and contemporary style, this bright home will allow you to ideally soak up the sweetness of the Gers countryside, its typical markets, garage sales and festivals. The space Residence of 400 m2 organized in two independent buildings entirely reviewed by architect with heated infinity pool that offers a unique and spectacular view of the Gers valleys! The entire contemporary-style living space is adjacent to the historic part of the house. The large, bright volumes are designed so that the interior and exterior offer a unique and coherent whole. The 8-meter-long sliding glass windows remove any obstacle between nature and the interior of the house, a unique feeling, resulting from technical and architectural prowess. Description of the residence: 1/ Main building on the ground floor: can be air-conditioned Large, bright living space, in one piece, which contains: -A large contemporary kitchen of high standing (30 m2) fully equipped with NEFF brand (oven, microwave, American refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and plancha). Guests can dine either on the central island of the kitchen or on the living room table that seats 12 people. Only the NEFF automatic coffee machine is prohibited for guests due to the various damages caused by the difficulties of use. -A large TV lounge whose bay windows open fully and which offers unobstructed access to the pool and park. This living room contains a 6 m2 succulent patio with skylight that gives a tropical atmosphere to the living space. - A second 100 m2 TV lounge located in the old part of the house with foosball (Bonzini) and relaxation areas. - Toilets. 2/ Main building upstairs: 3 bedrooms but only the master bedroom is air-conditioned. - Large master suite with terrace and surprising view of the valley (160 x 200 bed) with bright bathroom and separate dedicated toilet. The walk-in shower has a fixed bay window overlooking the rear wooded park. -1 double bedroom with 160 x 200 bed overlooking the pool and park - 1 bedroom for two people with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the rear park. -1 bathroom is available for these two bedrooms, the toilets are independent. - 1 mezzanine-office, which represents a quiet and relaxing place. 3/ Independent annex building: Ground floor: - 1 independent bedroom (140 x 200 bed) with dedicated bathroom and separate toilet. - 1 entrance hall. Upstairs: -1 bedroom with 140 x 200 bed overlooking the pool and valley -1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed overlooking the pool and valley. -1 bathroom shared by the two upstairs bedrooms and separate toilets. 4/ Pool: The heated infinity pool (9 m x 4 m - depth 1.45 m) offers spectacular views of the valley. Its Californian beach allows you to enjoy a drink while enjoying the outdoor landscape with your feet in the water… NB: the heater raises the water temperature by 3 to 4 degrees, it will be started when the initial temperature reaches 20 degrees. Hosts won't be able to guarantee swimming if the outside temperature is insufficient. 5/ Petanque court: A petanque court is available with halogen lighting that allows you to play at any time. The house is located between the city of Auch and the village of Pessan, 1 km from Pessan. Guest access The house is surrounded by an estate of 30 hectares including a wooded park of more than 5 hectares which guarantees great tranquility while being close to: - local shops 2 kilometers away (Auch) - all the festivals in the area: Tempo Latino in Vic Fezensac and Jazz in Marciac - all regional markets and garage sales Property Location: - 500 meters from Pessan and 1 km from Château de Lartigolle - 2 minutes from Auch (capital of Gascony) -50 minutes from Toulouse (Heart of Occitania) -30 minutes from the Tempo Latino Festival in Vic Fezensac -45 minutes from Marciac Jazz Festival We will be available during your stay for any help or advice. Other things to note During the period of July–August, no reservation less than 1 week of rental will be approved, this period representing the high season. Bookings from Saturday to Saturday will be preferred so as not to split up the weeks during this period. - Sheets and towels provided but not pool towels - No cleaning provided during the stay. The request can be made on site with the hosts, but it is better to plan ahead. - Bowers&Wilkins speaker available (100 watts) compatible with Iphone 4 (Iphone 5,6,7,8 adapter or more not included) - BOSE 100 Watt speaker also available - Fiber Wi-Fi available - Wood or charcoal barbecue (not included) available. - Games available: Ping pong table, petanque balls. - Checkout at 10am by default except on Sunday when checkout can be postponed until 3pm if no new check-in on Sunday afternoon. - No events allowed, none. - Safety: Under the sole and entire responsibility of guests (Theft, Drowning, various accidents...) We invite you to respect the security conditions in order to guarantee the good stay of the travelers. Access to the pool must be strictly supervised by an adult if children are present. The pool is protected by a protective cover that guarantees safety as long as it is put on. Hosts will not be held responsible for accidents. - The installation of the protective cover requires specific support which will be indicated to the guest upon arrival in order to avoid possible damage. - If any items are broken, the guest will be charged. - The accommodation must be returned tidy and ready to be cleaned, the sheets removed and folded on the edge of the bed, each object must be returned to its original place. - The owners will leave many personal belongings in the home according to the principle of the AIRBNB community and ask for the utmost respect for them.
