Lakeside large Double En-suite Room fab amenities

Located in Hampton Vale. A highly specified, extremely clean modern new 4 bed lakeside townhouse with fab quality local shops, restaurants, lakeside pub, a bus stop with regular transport to the city centre less than a minute away. It sits in a tranquil area with an almost village like feel. Only 5 mins by car to/from the A1/East of England showground and Serpentine (handy for attending Progressive property events), 5mins to Lynchwood & Perkins and 10 mins to Peterborough city and rail station. The space This bedroom within our new townhouse that we love living in is larger than most en-suite bedrooms at 17.5m2 and is located on a spacious separate floor, which we hope give our guests a feeling of space, privacy and high comfort whilst staying with us. So we keep maintaining our high standards of guest accomodation, decor and facilities for returning and new guests, providing a real “home from home” feeling, we are pleased to announce that this bedroom together with the whole house had a quality full internal repaint and a brand new designer kitchen installed in April, 2022 (see photos). NB: should you require a further bedroom we also offer on Airbnb via a separate advert a large double room with a new own separate bath/shower room on the same floor. As this is our home and we respect all our guests privacy, we do not have locks on the bedroom doors. Our home is extremely modern, very clean and well presented. We love meeting our guests and getting to know them and take great pride in our facilities and guest comfort to make your stay pleasurable and a real "home from home". It's located in front of a large (shallow) lake, with its own resident swans and seasonal geese visitors which makes for a relaxing and tranquil stay with great views. For those that like great food there is an amazing Italian restaurant, Indian restaurant, fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and country feel waterside pub less than two minutes walk away. We are really pleased and so grateful that our guests have felt so at home to award us with an overall 5 star rating consistently for over the past 7 years. Guest access Access to the house is via the main front (red) door. As well as use of a great sized bedroom we offer use of our kitchen and its facilities to consume your food and drinks. We ask our guests respectfully NOT to consume food or drink (except bottled water, which we provide you as our complimentary gift) in the bedroom. We are happy to be flexible with check in and last minute bookings, please ask if you need a different check in time, we may be able to help? Once you have your key you are welcome to come and go as you please. We have a super landscaped Mediterranean inspired style garden which our guests are welcome to use (spring and summer gets the best weather) during your stay. During your stay We truly want our guests to feel relaxed and look forward to welcoming you on arrival, explain our facilities, how things work and what’s available nearby during your stay to help you settle in and get to know the local area and it's amenities and to answer any questions you may have, whilst respecting your privacy. Other things to note This room can be made available for longer term stays (4 weeks plus) please contact us should you wish to make an enquiry? We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home and its rooms that our guests use and have rated us 5*. Due to the potential impact of coronavirus, we will take extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces during your stay and between reservations. We have a wide range of local shops and some great restaurants as well as a local waterside pub where you can sit out on its deck (weather permitting), which are all less than a 2 minute walk nearby which we would be happy to recommend. We have free WiFi. Should our guests wish to use the washing machine if requested in advance at a fee of £5 each time payable by cash separately directly to us. We are happy if our guests who book for a sole person stay have visitors but would ask to be notified in advance before the visitor arrives and unless more than one guest is pre-booked we would ask that no other non-booked visitors stay overnight. From 07th May, 2019 we added to our family home, a miniature Dauchund puppy called Frankie, however cute and friendly he may be, and he is, he will not be allowed near any guest bedrooms, but happy to have cuddles in our kitchen and garden.
