This apartment has been carefully designed and built to give maximum comfort to guests. It is not one of those unfortunately widespread apartments put up in a hurry just to bleed money from tourists. It is a very bright, spacious and well ventilated brand-new 70-squared meters flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room with kitchen, just 10 minutes walking from San Pietro Basilica. The space The apartment is on the third and top floor of a small condominium and has an elevator. There are two spacious and well-ventilated bedrooms (double), equipped with air conditioning and automated shutters. One room is decorated in Venetian style, while the other has a more linear and modern design. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower (not a bathtub) and one of the two has a curtain instead of a box. While one room has a practically attached bathroom, the other has a slightly more "distant" bathroom, as there is the living room in the middle. The bathrooms also have a toilet-bidet for space requirements. In the living room there is a 40-inch Smart TV, a dining table, a small induction kitchen (2 burners) and well equipped (45 cm dishwasher, oven, fridge). In the living room there is also a very comfortable sofa bed, with seating for three people. The sofa becomes a bed with a very simple gesture, and the mattress (length 140 cm, thickness 14 cm, a French queen size in practice) can accommodate one adult or two children. The living room also opens onto a small but lovely terrace on which there is a coffee table for two. The living room also has air conditioning. The entire apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. I will leave supplies of oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, cookies, dish soap, and body soap in the apartment. There is currently no washing machine in the apartment. Since I live in the apartment next door, you can give the clothes to me and, following your washing instructions, I will do the washing at my house. Guest access Whole house. Please consider that this apartment is ideal especially for 4 people (also 5) as it has 2 large bedrooms, away from each other so to guarantee privacy and comfort, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower. This is something quite unusual for this area. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of the number of guests, you will only be provided with one set of keys. You will only be able to use the AC when you are in the house, since in order to operate the AC, you will have to insert the key into the switch. However, even when you are not at home (and therefore when the key will not be inserted into the switch), the house will still have electricity: you can then leave your cell phone or computer to recharge if you wish. Only the power for ACs will be automatically disconnected to avoid unnecessary waste of energy. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there is a 24-hour Carrefour super market, a pharmacy and other major stores you may need. Do not make noise after 10 pm. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; you may, however, do so on the small balcony. No additional charges are asked for late evening or early morning check-ins. Upon your arrival, I will ask for your passport as I will have to register your stay with the police headquarters. Please, as much as I will try to meet your needs, consider that even if check in is from 4 p.m. onwards, it is important that you inform me of your arrival time in Rome. As much as contingencies or delays are possible, I work full time and unfortunately cannot wait for guests for 4 hours without receiving any communication.
