Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings. The space One bedroom cottage perfect for quiet getaway or place to stay for contact workers. Available monthly with steep discount-contact host for information. Guest access Key box access. Available to show up as late as midnight. (if showing up late, please be respectful of a second Cottage on the property.) Full laundry room available with amenities, soaps, etc. Please inform us that you need to use the laundry room as it’s also used by the housekeeping. Request key code for laundry room entry Other things to note There is a pet cleaning for you $15. Please deposit in the lock box outside the front door before you leave. Dogs are not allowed to be left in the property alone for more than an hour . If your dog is loud and barks a lot, please don’t bring them along.. thank you
