Ideally located in the heart of the St Michel district, you can visit all the iconic places of the city. Close to public transportation, Bus and Tram Divia. The space This 17 m² studio was completely renovated in 2021. There you will find: - a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and everything you need to cook (utensils, dishes, cutlery...) - a brand new sofa bed with sheets and pillow - a table and chairs - 2 large cupboards with hangers (shelves + wardrobe) - a flat-screen TV - air conditioning - a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hanging toilet The small residence is secure and quiet. A few meters from the apartment you will find: - the Fallot Mustard Factory - the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy - the Church of St Michel - the Museum of Fine Arts - the halls Shops, restaurants and pedestrian streets are at the foot of the building. Guest access The apartment is located: - 10-minute walk to Dijon train station - 10-minute walk to Place Wilson - 2-minute walk from the famous Moutarderie Fallot - 1-minute walk from a Saint-Michel bus stop (buses 11 and 6). Street parking is available for a fee. You can also park in the Dauphine underground parking lot located at 17 Rue Bossuet, 21000 Dijon. Other things to note The studio is located in the middle of the old neighborhoods. You can discover Dijon on foot and take the time to visit the beautiful monuments that are a short walk from the building.
