Luxury New Private Pool Apartment

Right at Baan Mai Khao beach next to Renaissance & Sala Hotel. 2 bedrooms, open kitchen fully stocked, 2 Smart TVs & Entertainment system, marble bathrooms, with private pool outside of the patio with SWINGING Chair (we are the only on that has it), love seats w/table, free bikes, private beach & gym. The space The apartment is in the middle of the Baan Mai Khao Condominium (4 Acres of land) and the apartment is only 3 minutes from the private beach owned by the resort. The property is the ultimate resort as it was developed by Sansiri, a prestigious developer, and this Condo was awarded "The Best Condo Development (Phuket)" by Thailand Property Awards 2014. We are the only apartment in this resort that has a swinging chair outside the patio next to the private pool! Outside the apartment are Sun lounge sofas and Sun chairs around the long infinite public pool and there are lots of open grass areas for picnics. The whole facility was just finished in August 2015 and the apartment was just newly furnished in December. All furniture is custom-made and the design was done by a local famous Interior Designer. It has a Master bedroom with own marble bathrooms that come with tub and shower with his and her sink. Imagine waking up with a full view of the clear sky, trees and simmering light from the private pool from a full glass wall. If you want to some entertainment, you can turn on the Samsung 40" Full HD Flat Smart TV in your own Master bedroom. The guest room or the kid’s room comes with 2 Twin Beds. Their bathroom is also surrounded in marble with shower stall and toilet. Open living room and dining room next to the open kitchen that is fully stocked for normal daily living. There is a Samsung 55" Full HD Flat Smart TV along with a Blu-ray Home entertainment system. If you want some reading time, relax in the reading lounge chair in the living room or go outside to the patio for some nice time in the swinging chair or sit across with someone in the love chair with a glass of wine. Guest access Guest has access to the full apartment and everything that comes with the residence. That includes concierge services that can arrange food deliveries, bike rental at NO cost (max 2 per day), car rental with driver upon request at special price based on date, time and desitnation. Our Resort has free access to the Gym with separate locker rooms for the Miss. and Mr. that comes with a shower stall and steam room. You can enjoy the lavish public area for picnics, sun lounges, large infinite pool and the beautiful private beach. You can pay for Thai massages on the beach for only 500 Baht to 700 Baht (depending on the services) or just walk for 3 minutes over to the Beach bar and restaurant at the Renaissance Hotel. Other things to note There will be a welcome binder providing other details and also recommendations of places to go. Can provide special discount for Tours with private driver and cars or vans based on need. Please inquire in advance with the Host.
