The Studio at The Old Roost is located in a tranquil rural hamlet within easy distance to many of Cornwall's leading attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan (2 miles) and only 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey and the beautiful Cornish coast. It is set in our grounds in between the villages of Sticker and St Ewe and has lovely countryside views. Think hotel room with your own fully equipped kitchen plus private terrace and parking. The space Our barn and the Studio barn used to be part of an original farmstead. It is situated on it's own within a tiny hamlet, near the villages of St Ewe and Sticker and only 4 miles from the Gateway to the Roseland Peninsula. We are lucky not to be overlooked whilst enjoying beautiful views. The ONE room studio (separate bathroom) is fully equipped with double bed, armchairs, a kitchen with fridge (freezer compartment), gas oven with grill, extractor fan, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as tea, coffee and sugar. It is equipped with all you need to cater for meals throughout the day. Bedding and towels are included. There is a full size chest of drawers as well as hanging space (hangers provided). There is a Freeview television, hairdryer and iron . The separate bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and washbasin vanity unit. Free wi-fi is available. The studio has its own private terrace with seating and a small washing line plus airer.
