The space The apartment is small but well distributed. There is a welcoming bedroom with a double bed, the only one with a door, and a bright living room with a sofa bed, a small space with a single bed without door. The apartment has two bathrooms, one complete with all bathroom fixtures, with a large shower, and the other with only the toilet and a small sink. The beds, kitchenette, bathroom and toilet offer all the comforts and accessories you could wish for! Free wi fi is available! Guest access The apartment is served by a lift, it has only 4 steps at the entrance to the building. Other things to note WE REMEMBER THAT SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN, EVEN LOOKING OUT OF THE WINDOWS! Our guests will be asked to sign a rental contract for the period of their stay that will be recorded. Free Wi-Fi internet is available to guests! The house is located 50 meters from one of the largest local markets in Rome: the Trionfale market, where you can find all kinds of food, meat, fish, fresh fruit and vegetables! The neighborhood is full of trendy clubs and shops of all the most important brands, in 2 minutes walk you will be in the renovate pedestrian area of Ottaviano street, with a 9-minute walk you will be in Cola Di Rienzo street, one of the most exclusive shopping areas in Rome!
