On the fourth floor of the historic Residence of Cauterets, served by a magnificent wooden lift, this holiday rental can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It is ideal for people looking for comfort, peace and quiet, and proximity to all amenities without having to take the car. WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY The accommodation You will benefit from : - Living room: sofa, TV, DVD player (+some DVD), desk. There is no wifi internet connection but the tourist office provides a box with a code for an internet connection for 10 devices in very high speed for 7 euros per day or for 39 euros per week. Very easy to use and takes 2 minutes to install. - Open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob... - Corridor: large cupboard / wardrobe, board games - Master bedroom: 1 double bed - Dormitory room : 1 bed double bed and 3 single beds - baby bed and mattress, baby chair (to be installed on a chair), baby bath. - Bathroom : Washbasin, bathtub, washing machine and dryer, WC, hair dryer - large ski locker. LINEN: We do not provide linen (neither sheets nor towels). Only microfibres for cleaning. Please bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillow cases. The duvets are equipped with protective white cotton duvet covers which must be covered with your own duvet covers to protect the duvet as well as possible. Thank you very much. There are extra blankets if needed even though the heating is efficient. And we provide SINGLE-USE mattress and pillow protectors to put under your own pillowcase and fitted sheet. Guest access I am not on site but my husband and I are available by phone if you have any questions. On site, a very nice person (Hélène) will give you the keys. Arrival time will be between 1pm and 4.30pm (depending on Hélène's availability) and departure before 10am (or later depending on Hélène's availability). The cleaning must be done by you. On your arrival you will be asked for a "HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT" of 80 euros which will be returned to you after checking the cleanliness of the flat on your departure. Other things to note Other things to note No on-site parking - There is no dedicated parking space but there is a courtyard at the foot of the residence where you can unload your luggage. Cars are not allowed to park in the courtyard but are allowed to park in the courtyard while unloading luggage.
