Welcome to Boikon Beachhouse, our recently renovated family escape. Featuring spacious living inside and out, our 3 bedroom home is perfect for families looking for a beachside retreat. Stroll down to Blacksmiths in minutes! Close to Lake Macquarie and the best activities our region has to offer, you’ll make lasting memories at our place. The space Single storey family home with parking. We’ve created seperate living zones throughout for your comfort. Upon entry is our relaxing reception room featuring a TV, lounge area away from the main living area. Walk through to our dining area for up to 8 people, perfect for bringing the family together. Our beautiful new kitchen features everything you need in a home away from home, as well as a breakfast bar for 3. This can also offer a handy workstation if needed. The main living area offers a spacious lounge area for up to 7 as well as a smart tv for cosy evenings in. Between the main lounge and the bedrooms is a desk area offered as a workspace if required. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite and a Smart TV for your relaxation. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features both a queen and a king single bed, perfect for a children’s room or parents of a younger child. There is a large family bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine and a seperate shower and toilet off this room. Linen and towels are provided for your stay. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access The entire house.
