Casa Spinelli is a charming villa, with no neighbors in a quiet area, with panoramic views of the sea and the hilltop village of Biguglia. Birdsong announces the sunrise over the Tuscan islands, facing the bedroom windows. The pool and garden are designed for the safety of children, and the social areas are numerous and distinct, for the comfort of all. As for shops, restaurants and beaches, you will find them within a ten-minute drive. The space The villa is easily accessible: 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the ferry. Private and secure parking inside the property allows two vehicles to be parked. The garden is fenced, it is possible to accommodate your pets. The house is divided into 3 parts without overlooking: the villa, an adjoining studio (it is also possible to rent it at certain times, with additional parking space), and the apartment of the owners, who will make themselves available if necessary. The rented Villa consists of a garden level and 1st floor. Upstairs, air conditioning, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for 4 children. The rooms have storage for business and luggage. A bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink and a toilet are located on the landing of the three bedrooms. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils...), open to a large living room with a table for eight people, equipped with air conditioning. In the continuity, a TV area with two sofas. And a "guest" toilet. A laundry area (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron) allows the machines to be run away from the living room. This large room has two glass doors with sea views and access to a partially covered terrace and a bay window open to the outside: the arbor, and the garden. The large garden is ideal for children, who can have fun while parents relax under the "hut" style arbor. It is equipped with an electric barbecue. Below, the new swimming pool with sea view and without opposite is closed by a gate with a key, so completely secure. It's a saltwater pool, softer than chlorine pools, especially for toddlers. It is equipped with a pool house with outdoor shower and summer kitchen (gas hotplates, oven, fridge, cooking utensils). The electric barbecue can be moved there. A summer lounge and its large parasol have been installed on the edges of the pool. The sea is visible from the entire villa: from the two master bedrooms, the garden level, the terraces, the arbor, as well as the pool. Casa Spinelli is an ideal villa for a quiet stay with family or friends. You'll have a hard time not wanting to come back. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire villa, terraces, arbor and garden. They will have exclusive access to the pool. A pool attendant and a gardener will come twice a week. They will have access to the parking lot shared with the tenants of the studio.
