Quiet winegrower's house, with courtyard and garden

Restored old house of about 130 m2, built on cellars, quietly located amidst the vineyards of Givry in the heart of the hamlet of Poncey. This is our home, it is ideal for families. The grounds are completely enclosed and flat, garden of about 500 m2, courtyard of 300 m2, with a 30 m2 covered area. Possibility to park several cars in the yard. Table for 6 people on the terrace + table for 8 people in the garden + Barbecue. The space We have 2 young children aged 8 and 12, so the house is ideally equipped for the youngest: many board games for all ages + outdoor games (swing, slide, ping-pong table, football goal, small basketball hoop, balls...) The house consists of: - Living room: 45 m2: living room, dining room, kitchen - Bedroom 1: 20 m2: 2 single beds 90 x 190 - Bedroom 2: 25 m2: 1 bed 160 x 200 + office space with baby bed or possibility of adding an extra mattress (+ ethernet, printer, desk) - Bedroom 3: 25 m2: 1 bed 140 x 190 + sofa bed 140 x 190 - 2 independent toilets - 2 independent bathrooms (with a shower in the first and a bathtub in the second). - A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, extra fridge, pantry) Each of the bedrooms has a closet in which you will be given a small place for your belongings. All bedding is of good quality; sheets, pillows and towels are provided. On request: 2 bikes, hiking/trail/mountain bike trails for all levels, folding crib, booster seat. Cleaning is to be done by you at the end of the stay (products provided). A cleaning fee is however possible on request, with a supplement to be paid on-site (€70) Other things to note We have a little cat, Mizou, who will only ask you for a few kibbles and a few caresses... thank you for her! Other information: in winter, the house is mainly heated by a wood-burning stove. Wood is available on-site but it requires a bit of organization to keep the house warm ;)
