Housing: You'll appreciate my place for its charm, facilities and location. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 6th floor only accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A convivial living room equipped as follows: new sofa bed for 2 people (140*200, 17 cm thick, Made in Italy), coffee table, Bose sound system. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dining counter for 4, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A comfortable bedroom with a new queen-size bed (Emma Matelas Premium 160*200 mattress), a small TV (Netflix) and storage space. - A designer bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, mirrored washbasin and wall-hung toilet.
