Infinity Pool Villa + Free Floating Breakfast

This Villas are part of complex villa instead of independent unit, however the villa itself is fully private with it's own private pool. As we are part of complex villa or even the resort in terms of design and facilities is fully the same, but regarding the views it is depend of the position of villa, the trees and the farming season itself. As we are a complex villa with public facilities like public pool and restaurant, you can still enjoy the best view from the main pool and restaurant. Other things to note FAQ : -Q: What’s included in the monthly stay? - A: For monthly stay, we have some services and facilities adjustment. Here are the details. - Twice a week basic cleaning (sweep & mop) - Twice a week bedsheet and towel renewal - Daily breakfast - Mineral waters are provided once in the check-in - Include electricity. - Q: Is there any extra beds? - A: This is a 1 bedroom villa that can accommodate 2 people by default. We can provide 1 more extra single bed for an additional price IDR 550.000 per night. - Q : Do we provide pick up service? - A : We are 60-90 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 600K (around USD 50) per car with driver including gasoline, with maximum capacity of 3 people + luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall by holding a signage of your name. - Q: Is there breakfast available? - A: YES - Q: Do you provide any floating breakfast service? - A: YES - Q : What time the check-in policy? - A : Please be informed that our check-in time is at 14:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive at any earlier time, drop your luggage first and start enjoying your day exploring the area while waiting for your villa to be ready. Our check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team start cleaning the villa. - Q : Do we provide scooter? - A : We can also ask our onsite team to help you with motorbike rental. It usually costs at around IDR 70K (around USD 5) per day without petrol, including 2 helmets. - Q : Can I see the property before I make a booking? - A : Airbnb policy stated that we can not do site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reason. - Q: Can you speak in Bahasa? - A: Yes, we can speak in Bahasa and also in English :) - Q : Can you accept payment by cash? - A : We can't accept payment by cash, all of the payment only directly by Airbnb - Q: Can I smoking in the room? - A: No, you can't. All rooms are no smoking, but you can smoking at the lawn near pool - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an Extra towel as long as we have it available. - Q : How much maximum capacity for this villa? - A : this villa is for 2 peoples, but the maximum capacity is for 3 people which is that means 3rd person is counted as extra bed. - Q : Is the pool private? - A : Sure, this villa has a private pool
