Jetty Precinct! Two bedrooms with own bathroom.

My modern home is especially suitable for solo, female or mature folk who like their private bathroom. I’m just seven minutes walk to the famous Busselton jetty, cafes, hotels, pristine beaches and town centre so perfect for events such as Iron Man, the famous Jetty Swim, triathlons, festivals or concerts. Tennis courts, bowling and croquet greens are a short walk away. Parking is provided. There is no separate entrance for you. Continental breakfast included. Small solo cash discount. The space Accommodation for guests is located on the second storey of the property. There are two adjacent, cosy bedrooms and a private bathroom for your exclusive use. One bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed. The other bedroom has a king single with another underneath if required. There is a TV mounted on the wall in this room. Tea and coffee basics are supplied upstairs. Your private bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms. There is another toilet for your exclusive use downstairs. My own private rooms are located on the ground floor. The house was built ten years ago and is tastefully furnished. I only book one group to a max of three people who know each other. There is an extra charge of $50 nightly for a third person. I can do 4 guests at a pinch! You are welcome to use the shared kitchen, downstairs lounge room, and outdoor spaces which include all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay although outdoor furniture is packed away over the winter months. Space is available in my fridge for your own food items. Guest access You can walk everywhere from my place. There is only one space in the carport for you to park up. I like to close the gates at night to secure the cars if possible. During your stay Your host will be living at the property at the downstairs level to assist you if needed during your stay. I have my own ensuite so we will not be sharing that at all. Other things to note Only one vehicle per booking please. My beautiful dog has passed away but I like to keep her close .
