Situated in Bezant Place, Pentire, Newquay. An attractive and comfortable 2-bedroom ground floor apartment, refurbished in 2022, 'Bay Blue' is part of an exclusively-owned building decorated and furnished to an excellent standard and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located just minutes walk from Fistral Beach and the estuary River Gannel leading into Crantock Beach. We welcome one well-behaved dog for an additional £50 per dog per week, conditions apply, payable on arrival The space The apartment is located in the Pentire area of Newquay replicating a small fishing village. Pentire is quieter part of the town and it is just a 10-15 minute walk away from the Town Centre, which provides various shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Guest access This apartment is located on the ground floor, accessed through a front entrance door, and has its own secure entrance. A secure keysafe is available for arrivals after 3pm. Other things to note We are owners of 3 large dogs ourselves and expect all other pet owners are respectful of the apartment and all contents within. All owners of dogs staying in the apartment are requested to comply with all house rules regarding pets, such as no pets on any furniture, beds etc., no dogs to be left in the apartment unsupervised, all dogs are expected to be free of fleas, ticks etc. There is a full list of conditions for all pet owners to follow left in the apartment.
