Double room less than a mile from Apsley station

(Check in/out: if you need to do so outside of the times on my profile, just message) So far, guests have enjoyed staying at mine, or so they say. The internet is fast, the room is clean and the area is quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is 0.8 miles from Apsley train station and close to the canal and local shops. You will have your own parking space, off road. One of the reasons I bought the house is because it is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Welcome! The space The guest bedroom has a comfortable double bed, some draw space and a small bedside table and lamp. A rail to hang clothes. I’m yet to get it feeling how I want but guests have said it is nice. Due to damage from a recent guest, I had to rip some carpet up, a rug is down and a bunch of books are stacked on the side. Please see photos. I can move the books if you like. Bathroom is clean with good water pressure. Kitchen is fully equipped. Guests aren’t allowed in the living room due to confidential work documents (nothing of value!) 😀 Guest access You will be able to access: your room, main bathroom, kitchen. You’ll have your own parking and local shops are within 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. There is a park a stones throw away. Please don’t use my soap bars due to cross contamination. If you need hygiene products, feel free to ask During your stay I am happy to help with anything and mostly work from home. Other things to note No smoking or vaping in the house. Because of the hard water in the area, I treated myself to a really good water softener system. This means soap and shampoo's go further and lather up better, your hands are not so dry and your tea doesn't have that nasty floating limescale on the top of it:)
