En suite bedroom in happy house by the river.

This is my quirky, colourful home in Lancashire, and for this special summer I'm renting out my room and will stay with my mum who lives in the farmhouse opposite. You have a horse and a donkey as your neighbours, the house may have other air bnb guests in it but they have their own bathroom. It's a laid back, arty sort of place. Come as you are. Swim in the river, take a hike in the woods, read a book, play my piano. Leave refreshed. Tea and toast provided! The space Spacious room with a regular sized double bed. NOW TV and dvd player and an old cd player in the room! Desk, plenty of books, space for a workout, wardrobe, view of fields, bathroom with bath and shower. There are other guests staying in the house so you will share a kitchen and living room with them. You are welcome to use the outside spaces at the farm and have breakfast or a drink by the river. During your stay From June 17 to July 21st 2022 I will be away but reachable via email or message. My mum lives in the house opposite mine on the same farm so you won't be completely alone, and my friend Maria comes to do the horses every day! There may be other guests staying at the same time as you.
