Mindaribba Cottage

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area. The space We live on a 40 acre property and there is a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage to the Paterson River. 4kms from Tocal. 35 minutes to vineyards. 40 minutes to Newcastle. 10 minutes to Morpeth. Guest access Able to explore the property including the river. You have access to the pool but at times there might be family members using it also. It is quite a large pool area as you can see so there certainly is a lot of space to relax and soak up the sun. Dogs are very welcome, but must be supervised as the fencing is not pet friendly as we live on a farm. You are very welcome to bring leads etc to make your stay comfortable.
